Premier Healthcare, LLC seeks a skilled Med Tech to join our team at Fountains at Mill Cove in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on compassionate resident care and safe, accurate medication administration under licensed nursing staff.

You will assist with daily care, record vital signs, monitor equipment, and help develop individualized care plans. Nursing students or nurses with Florida certification are encouraged to apply, with new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Medical Technician in Assisted Living is preferred, new graduates welcome to apply.
• Current certification as a Medical Technician in Florida is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Record vital signs, monitor medical equipment, and perform basic lab tests as needed
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Clean and maintain patient rooms, equipment, and supplies
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities
