Premier Healthcare LLC is seeking a Med Tech for Fountains at Mill Cove in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time, day-shift position focuses on resident care and collaboration with licensed nursing staff.

The role requires compassion, solid communication, and the ability to manage routine tasks in a fast-paced senior living setting. Training and Florida certification are provided/required, with background checks required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Medical Technician in Assisted Living is preferred, new graduates welcome to apply.
• Current certification as a Medical Technician in Florida
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Record vital signs, monitor medical equipment, and perform basic lab tests as needed
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Clean and maintain patient rooms, equipment, and supplies
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities
