Job summary

Westminster Towers in Orlando, FL is seeking a certified CNA to join our team. You will provide compassionate care to residents, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and document observations in the CNA ECS system. CPR certification is required, and prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide heartfelt care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting).
• Take vital signs and report observations or changes to the nurse.
• Practice infection prevention and control per federal, state, and facility guidelines.
• Document promptly and accurately in the CNA ECS flow-sheet.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being through frequent communication and attentive care.
