Job summary

Westminster Towers Orlando is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities and maintaining resident comfort and safety.

Candidates must be a Florida-certified CNA with CPR certification. Prior long-term care or elderly care experience is preferred, and a strong commitment to infection prevention and accurate documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be currently certified in the State of Florida as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must be CPR certified.
• One year of long term care desirable.
• Experience working with the elderly, handicapped or developmentally disabled adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing heartfelt caring service to residents.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other resident needs.
• Take vital signs and report observations and any change in condition to the nurse.
• Practice infection prevention and control measures in compliance with Federal, State and facility requirements.
• Document in CNA ECS flow-sheet promptly, accurately and comprehensively.
