The Retreat at Jasper is seeking Med Techs to join our team. The role supports resident care, administers medications as a CMA, and assists with wellness visits under supervision. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is required.

Candidates should hold CMA certification and have experience with elder or disabled residents, preferably in assisted living or dementia care, demonstrating leadership in care settings.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide per state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year elder care or disabled care experience.
• Leadership capabilities demonstrated.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Identify resident needs via PSP process and plan.
• Maintain documentation for changes in clinical care.
• Assist Wellness Nurse with monthly wellness visits.
• Notify Wellness/Executive Directors of changes affecting care tier.
• Assist with weight and vital sign collection monthly.
• Provide general resident care support as needed.
