Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques and methods applied to resident care.
• Experience with elderly residents, especially dementia-related conditions.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Compassionate individuals able to perform various duties.
• Ownership attitude and ability to stay focused despite interruptions.
• Effective communicator with staff, residents and families.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information vital to development and implementation of customized service plans.
• Administer treatment plans and chart medications in MAR; document PRN results and missed doses.
• Answer and respond to calls/concerns from family members and physicians.
• Contribute to residents' quality of life by maintaining high standards of care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
• Support Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.
