Job summary

Complete Care in Rhode Island seeks a dedicated Medication Technician (Med Tech) to administer medications according to physician orders and support residents.

You will supervise residents who self-administer medications, communicate changes to nursing staff, and follow all guidelines. The role includes a varied full-time schedule with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Ability to administer medications according to physician orders.
• Ability to supervise residents who self-administer medications.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration according to their physician’s orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication.
• Report any changes in resident’s physical or mental condition to Nursing staff.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
