Job summary

Complete Care at Groton Regency is hiring a Medication Technician to administer medications to residents per physician orders and to supervise those who self-administer. The role requires diligence in reporting changes to Nursing staff and adhering to all regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in medication administration within a care setting preferred.
• Ability to monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Must follow physician orders and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration according to physician orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication.
• Report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to Nursing staff.
• Perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
