Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment in Foster City, CA. The role emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork within a community setting.

You will maintain medication programs, support doctor visits, and help with daily living activities while adhering to state requirements and ethical standards. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.
• Must meet state minimum requirements for experience/certification.
• No additional experience required beyond state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities for residents.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents.
• Receive on‑the‑job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
