Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Walnut Creek, CA seeks a Med Tech (RMA) to support daily medication administration for residents and maintain accurate records. You will assist with appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities, while upholding ethical standards and working with a caring team to promote residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications as required by state.
• Experience with medication administration and resident care.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution and storage.
• Assist residents with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and cooperate with team members in daily resident support.
• Receive on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth.
• Comply with state requirements for CMA, First Aid and CPR as applicable.
