Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) in California to assist with daily medication administration and support resident care. You will maintain medication records, coordinate with pharmacists, and help residents with daily living activities in a respectful, ethical team environment.

State-specific requirements apply; candidates must have a Certified Medication Aide and may need First Aid or CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Medication Aide
• Must have First Aid certifications (where required by state)
• Must have CPR certifications (where required by state)

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution, ordering, filing, and storage
• Assist with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities to enhance residents' lives
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must meet state-specific certification requirements (e.g., First Aid/CPR) if applicable
