Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, coordinating, and performing tasks on the resident service plan.
• Maintain and document in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms promptly and empathetically.
• Promote resident independence and self-care while delivering care.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered and complete incident reports in a timely manner.
• Follow safety and infection control policies to prevent illness spread.

Promotes resident independence and self-care.Delivers care and services in accordance with individual service plan for all assigned residents.Maintains accurate and complete records of care delivered.Completes incident reports accurately and timely. Understands policies pertaining to safety and infection control and demonstrates practices to control the spread of communicable illnesses. Promotes a clean, orderly, and safe environment.
