Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Las Posas is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents and to maintain medication programs and documentation. The role involves coordinating with doctors, pharmacies, and resident activities, while upholding ethical standards and teamwork.

Qualified candidates will have a Certified Medication Aide certification and may require First Aid or CPR.

• Must have state-minimum requirement in experience, certification, and/or license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $17.00/hr - $20.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
