Job summary

Atria Park - Park of Ann Arbor is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents. You will maintain medication programs, manage documentation, and help coordinate with doctors and pharmacies to support residents’ health needs.

The role requires state-minimum qualifications and any required certifications (e.g., Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, CPR) as per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have state-minimum requirement in experience, certification, and/or license.
• No additional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $17.00/hr - $20.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
