Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document daily patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and UTMB policies.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team and supervise patient flow.
• Provide patient/family education and ensure safety and quality standards.
