Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health on 2 East Telemetry unit seeks an experienced RN for a general medical/surgical population. The role features a 36-hour work week with 7:00 am to 7:30 pm shifts and an every other weekend/holiday rotation.

Minimum qualifications include MA RN license, continuing education credits, and BLS; telemetry experience or the ability to obtain competency within 90 days is required. Strong time management and effective communication are essential as staff may be floated where

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN License.
• Evidence of Continuing Education.
• Prior RN experience is required; Med Surg experience preferred.
• Telemetry experience or able to pass Telemetry Competency Exam within 90 days.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• Demonstrates strong time management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Care for adults on 2 East general medical/surgical telemetry unit.
• Float to areas as needed per staffing and patient needs.
