Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Registered Nurse for MedSurg / Telemetry in Concord, NH. Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week; Shift 7p-7a. Onsite contract starts 9/28/2026 for 14 weeks, with local travel expectations.

Requirements include 2+ years in MS/telemetry, NH or compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, Nursys verification, and Cerner EMR experience preferred. Local candidates within 50 miles are prioritized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in med-surg/telemetry.
• Active NH RN license or compact license required before start.
• Nursys license verification with all active RN licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide care on a high-acuity med-surg/respiratory care unit.
• Document clinical findings and care plans in Cerner EMR.
• Collaborate with care team and may float to Concord Hospital locations.

Submission Requirements: This is a High Acuity Med Surge floor/ Respiratory Care Unit WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles) Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ms/tele. Common Patient Diagnoses: Client, COPD exac, GI Bleed, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, end of life, wounds, etc. Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required Current Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start & ACLS Will need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% Will accept 1st time travelers 20 Beds in unit Ratios: 1-5, sometimes 6 Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246 or Concord Hospital-Franklin,15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH 03235
