Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, hygiene, feeding, mobility).
• Record vital signs and inputs/outputs in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate patient observations to RN.
• Assist in admissions, transfers and discharges with room setup and patient belongings.
• Collect specimens and support point-of-care testing as directed.
• Handle errands and stock nursing area supplies.
• Assist with patient positioning and transfers.
• Maintain skin integrity and use required patient supplies.
