Job summary

AdventHealth in Palm Coast, FL, is seeking an experienced RN to join our day shift in a full-time role. Eligible clinicians may earn salary increases up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, development, and advancement criteria.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and revise care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, coordinate with the medical team, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• RN license required; Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.
• English fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients across physiological, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and document in medical records.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Supervise healthcare team and delegate care.
