Responsibilities

• Recognize and intervene for medically unstable patients from infancy to geriatrics.
• Safely administer medications within RN scope.
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Provide direction and supervision to LPNs and ancillary staff.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of physician orders.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and med/surg treatments.
• Prioritize patient safety and follow fall risk protocols.
