Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Unit on weekend days. This 36-hour-per-week, full-time role offers a supportive interdisciplinary team, strong benefits, and a generous sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

The Med/Surg unit provides care for a diverse patient population with emphasis on safety, quality outcomes, and patient education. Active Missouri RN license and BLS/ACLS are required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active RN license (Missouri or compact state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care in a Med/Surg unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
