Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is hiring an RN for the weekends in the Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit. This full-time role (36 hrs/week) covers day shifts 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM and involves delivering patient-centered care using the nursing process.

You will coordinate with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and join a team recognized for clinical expertise and compassionate care. Eligible for sign-on bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license (state-specific or compact).
• Must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• ACLS certification and BLS certification required (or within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with Surgical & Orthopedic teams and other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Support a high-energy, high-quality care delivery in a 30-bed unit.
