Job summary

You will collaborate with inter-professional teams, provide patient education, and participate in safety and quality improvement activities. A BSN is preferred within 3 years of hire, and prior acute care RN experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in nursing required.
• BSN preferred within 3 years of hire.
• 1 year RN experience in acute care preferred.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care approaches.
• Familiarity with discharge planning and education for patients and families.
• Proficient in health information documentation and patient data handling.
• Ability to use information technology to support care decisions.
