You will lead in a professional practice setting, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patient safety and satisfaction initiatives, while adhering to the nursing process.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through eNLC required.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34/33/73 clearances required.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skills.
• Give feedback on clinical practice and performance.
• Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate care.
• Support patient safety initiatives.
• Utilize nursing process to develop care plans.
• Document changes and notify appropriate personnel.
