Job summary

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34, Act 33 and Act 73 background clearances required.
• FBI fingerprinting clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for patients.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide leadership in professional practice.
• Delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skills.
• Supervise LPN scope of practice as appropriate.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
• Analyze health status and determine care needs.
