Highmark Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Advanced Medical and Neuro unit at Jefferson Hospital in Jefferson Hills, PA. The role includes leadership responsibilities and a focus on patient-centered care within telemetry and med-surg settings.

You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and safety. Night shift, full-time commitment, and ongoing clinical excellence are expected.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or eNLC licensure.
• Experience: preferred certification in area of specialty.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
• Supervise, delegate, and evaluate assigned LPN scope of practice.

• Utilize the nursing process to develop patient care plans.
• Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
• Continuously evaluate and assess patient and family satisfaction.
