Baptist Health in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical care on 3 North Tower. This full-time night shift (7p–7a) offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates and the opportunity to provide direct patient care from admission to discharge.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Document care provided and patient outcomes; evaluate care.
• Prioritize care based on changing assessment and patient needs.
• Communicate with physicians and hospital departments to coordinate care.
