UP Health System - Marquette, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Medical/Surgical RN for 6 x 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. This full-time, 0.9 FTE role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants and opportunities to grow within a 54-bed unit.

The RN will deliver comprehensive patient care, document actions, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe transfers, discharges, and ongoing family education.

Qualificações

• Current Michigan RN license.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS-HCP).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care given.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines during transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial needs.
• Provide patient and family education appropriate to age and culture.

RN License (MI)

BLS-HCP

ACLS (preferred)
