Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• RN license issued by the State of California.
• BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six months.
• Minimum one year of acute care experience at the Medical/Surgical level of care or higher.
• Demonstrates critical nursing thinking and clinical skills to identify and implement nursing interventions and evaluate results.
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous nursing care based on competence and ANA standards.
• Assess and implement nursing actions for patient care populations.
• Care for medical-surgical patients including diverse diagnoses.
