MASC Medical is partnering with an acute-care hospital in Gainesville, FL to recruit experienced Med Surg RNs for day and night shifts. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license.
• At least 1 year of recent inpatient RN experience.
• Experience in Med Surg or one of the listed specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and recovery.
• Support safe admissions, transfers, and discharges.
