Qualifications

• Previous acute care experience required (recent LTAC experience not accepted).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of medical-surgical patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications and procedures.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
