Qualifications

• RN license required (state nursing license)
• ACLS and BLS certifications within 30 days of start date
• Med Surg experience required
• Nursing degree or diploma required

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, report changes promptly
• Administer medications, monitor responses, document care in the medical record
• Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs to ensure comfort and safety
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps
