Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Med-surg or related department.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical conditions or surgical procedures.
• Assess, plan, guide, and evaluate nursing care provided to patients.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide nursing staff under supervision; interact with hospital/ancillary departments.
• Occasional weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, or on-call status; uphold service excellence.
