Job summary

Health Here in Blythe, GA is seeking an experienced Med Surg RN to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care, build meaningful patient and family connections, and support performance improvement and shared governance initiatives across the unit.

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will mentor others and contribute to safety-focused, quality-driven care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience with proficiency in computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring evidence-based practices.
• Foster teamwork, contribute to staff engagement, and participate in quality improvement projects.
• Mentor and guide fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Apply and support research-driven practices to enhance patient safety and care tools.
• Proactively manage resource planning to optimize patient care and reduce readmissions.
