Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)
• RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) is required
• BLS certification from AHA is required
• ACLS certification is required
• National Certification in your specialty preferred
• Experience: 2+ years of med-surg experience is required
• Experience with computer data entry is required
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment through evaluation to deliver evidence-based care.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, honoring values and care goals.
• Collaborate to foster teamwork and contribute to staff engagement and governance.
• Lead and participate in professional development, mentorship, and competency assessments.
• Support evidence-based practice and quality improvement through data and research initiatives.
