Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
• RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certification (required).
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience, with proficiency in computer data entry and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, including comfort with Microsoft Office and managing high-pressure situations.
• Excellent critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities
