vTech Solution seeks a highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care to provide essential nursing services in a rural critical access hospital setting. The RN will perform patient assessments, administer medications, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

This role requires current BLS and ACLS certifications and at least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin (required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in medical/surgical settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide patient education and support regarding health management and disease prevention.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
