The Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) unit to deliver safe, evidence-based care to adult patients.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help coordinate smooth discharges through patient-centered communication.

Qualificações

• Active RN licensure in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of complex clinical conditions.
• Administer medications and deliver interventions per clinical standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care needs, plans, and self-management.
• Support safe discharges through coordination and patient-centered communication.
