You will administer medications, manage IV therapy and telemetry, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and support discharge planning. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• Current RN licensure and Med Surg competency.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and IV/telemetry skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
