Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Med-Surg Registered Nurse for St. Joseph Warren Hospital to deliver high-quality nursing care. The role emphasizes leadership, patient assessment, and coordination with the care team to ensure safe, effective treatment plans.

Requirements include a state RN license, 1 year of RN experience, and a Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred; BLS is preferred on hire with ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current state licensure as an RN is required.
• BLS preferred upon hire; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, document and assess patient condition.
• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policy and practice guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
