Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Med Surg RN to support multiple campuses in Savannah, GA. You will own the nursing process, assess and evaluate patient needs, and coordinate care with families to meet care goals.

You will drive outcomes using evidence-based practices, maintain high standards of patient safety, and participate in performance improvement and governance initiatives with a collaborative team across campuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required).
• RN license (single or multi-state) with BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience; familiarity with data entry and computer systems preferred.

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Build connections with patients and families, respecting values and goals.
• Drive top clinical outcomes using current best practices and expertise.
• Foster a safe, respectful team environment and support staff engagement.
