Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support a high-impact Med Surg team across multiple campuses. You will lead the nursing process, build connections with patients and families, and drive top clinical outcomes through evidence-based care.

Requirements include an active RN license, 2+ years Med Surg experience, and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems. BSN preferred, with strong communication and critical thinking skills essential.

Qualifications

• RN license (state or multi-state) required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years Med Surg experience.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong critical thinking and time management.
