Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Med Surg RN to support multiple campuses, delivering personalized, evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes. You will own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation and mentor staff.

This role requires an BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years of Med Surg experience. Proficiency with Epic and 3M systems and strong communication and critical-thinking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN license (single or multi-state) with BLS and ACLS.
• Minimum 2+ years Med Surg experience with data entry proficiency.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and tech skills, with ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, respectful team environment, contributing to staff engagement and governance.
