Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse – Med Surg (RN, Medical Surgical Nurse) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Compliance with all facility-specific credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in a Med Surg environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and aftercare requirements.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure completion of necessary certifications and licensure requirements.
