Job summary

Qualifications

• Required Education: Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Required Experience / Skills: One year of nursing (RN) experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and prioritize data collection within policies and protocols.
• Develop, modify, and integrate an individualized care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
• Perform nursing interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust the care plan as needed to meet goals.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement and maintain patient safety standards.
