Qualifications

• One year of RN experience is required.

• Registration as a RN in Virginia or compact license; BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient, collect data and prioritize needs per policy.
• Develop, modify and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform treatments and nursing interventions as ordered; respond to emergencies.
• Document assessments and progress; communicate with care team.
• Mentor and collaborate with interdisciplinary team for quality care.
