• One-year relevant experience, graduates accepted based upon position availability.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Educate patients and families with timely health information and written materials.
• Provide direct patient care per established policies and standards.
• Assist in orientation/training of new staff and support cross-functional duties.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and escalate concerns as needed.
