OSF HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for inpatient/ED care at Holy Family Medical Center. The RN will participate in 24/7 care, coordinating with providers and the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care and support for patients and families.

Required Illinois or Michigan RN licensure and BLS; BSN preferred; familiarity with Electronic Medical Records and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. OSF offers competitive benefits and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board (Illinois or Michigan).
• American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date.

Responsabilités

• Provide care coordination across the continuum with providers and care team.
• Assess symptoms and provide psychological support to patients, families.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times in a 24/7 hospital setting.
