You will build authentic relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate individualized care, and apply evidence-based practice with compassion to guide patients through their health journey.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in appropriate state (NC) is required.
• Education: 4 year/bachelor's degree preferred; Graduate of accredited nursing school.
• One year relevant experience preferred.

• Establish authentic personalized relationship with patient and their support system.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
