Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Unit on nights. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients, perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate multidisciplinary care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This 40-bed unit treats post-procedural patients and complex medical cases such as stroke, COPD and kidney disease.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the healthcare team by building an authentic relationship with the patient and support system, and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
